Springmingle and Snow

Just got back from the FABULOUS SCBWI-Southern Breeze conference, “Springmingle” in Atlanta.  The speakers were terrific and had a lot of info and tips for children’s writers.  Congrats to Jo, Donna, Robyn and all the other Southern Breezers for another 5-star conference!
Here is a photo of the snow storm we drove through south of Atlanta.  We had snow as far south as Macon, and as a native Floridian, I got to drive in snow for the first time ever!  Just wish we could have stopped so I could play in it!

Jackson Pollack

I just found a great website a couple days ago. Google had a Jackson Pollack design in celebration of JP’s birthday on 01.28. Go to jacksonpollack.org to create your own pollack-esque “painting.”
